2014 ~ Weeks 24 & 25

Well, it was bound to happen.  Not only do I have virtually no pictures for week 24, but I wasn't able to post on time either.  The Bug was sick for most of that week with his first real sickness.  He wouldn't nurse, eat or sleep for a few days.  Sick babies mean full hands, which makes everything from cooking dinner, to entertaining brothers, to taking pictures very hard.  Luckily, he was back to himself after a few long days.

This past week we were at the beach for our family vacation.  We had a great time playing on the beach, swimming in the pool, riding bikes, eating ice cream, and doing a lot of lounging.  I was lazy when it came to taking pictures, but I have a few from inside the condo.

There was lots of hanging with Nana and Papa.  The Biscuit enjoyed a lot of games while the Bean napped each afternoon.

The Bug is so fun right now.  He claps for everything.  He also started waving while we were on vacation.  Also, he is mere days away from crawling.  He can get up on all fours, but can't quite get into motion.  He also gets up on his feet and hands, like in a push-up position.  He still army crawls to get what he wants, but real mobility is not far.

These last few are of him waving.  They are blurry, but I couldn't leave them out.  He is so intense and serious when he does it.  So cute!!
